PENALTIES
1.- If a reservation is cancelled with more than 24 hours in advance to the arrival date there will be a devolution of 90% of the total paid.
2.- If a resevation is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the arrival date no refund will be made.
3.- In case a reservation is cancelled once the guest is in the hotel no reimbursement will be made.
4.- Reservations with promotions and discounts have fixed arrival dates which can not be changed if they are cancelled no reimbursement will be made.
